2022-2024
Retained by the Chief Marketing Officer of Okta, Inc., a publicly traded security firm (NASDAQ: OKTA), I spearheaded efforts to enhance communications, identify efficiencies, and uncover cost-effective opportunities within the Business Development and Customer Experience (CX) departments. Tasked with optimizing operations for Okta's 17,000+ clients and 2+ billion users, I successfully implemented strategies that led to measurable improvements in hiring, training, and productivity.
GRANITE EQUITY PARTNERS
2012-2021
As Vice President of Success & Administration at Granite, I spearheaded the company's growth from 5 to 60 full-time employees, contributing to annual revenues surpassing $400 million. I directed the Executive Team in goal-setting and performance tracking, while fostering transparent communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, I provided strategic guidance as an Advisory Board Member, managing a diverse investment portfolio and building lasting relationships with C-suite executives. Earlier in my tenure, I led sales, marketing, and PR teams across the US and Europe, established key strategic partnerships resulting in a 75% increase in cross-relationship revenue, and ensured firm-wide compliance and operational efficiency through technology implementation.

2007-2011
As Chief of Staff at Xenon, I collaborated with investment managers to develop a scalable methodology and framework for selection processes, financial structures, and impact measurement metrics. I prepared and presented quarterly updates to investment partners and board members, securing over $500 million in committed investment funds. Additionally, I conducted due diligence on numerous prospectuses, leading to over 15 successful acquisitions totaling more than $300 million.

2000-2007
As President and Co-Founder of a diversified Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, I led the growth of the organization to $125 million in sales and 2,500 employees, specializing in customer care, tech support, and lifecycle management solutions across various sectors. I secured long-term contracts with Global 2000 corporations, including Microsoft, Sprint, and Kaiser Permanente, and successfully conducted due diligence on multiple companies, leading to two acquisitions totaling nearly $15 million. Additionally, I developed an award-winning corporate training program highlighted in Human Resources Magazine, which contributed to a significant improvement in employee morale and retention.
